The City of Myrtle Beach Public Works Department will be making repairs in your area that will require an interruption in your water service between 8:30 am and 1:00 pm, Tuesday , April 23, 2024.
The City regrest any inconvenience and hopes that this advance notice will help to minimize any impact to you. Should unforeseen circumstances require any change to this plan, you will be notified of the revised date and time. For more information or assistance with disability related accommodations, please contact a representative of Public Works at 843-918-2000.

Dear Owners,
As of today, Monday, August 28, 2023, the path of Tropical Storm Idalia remains undefined. At this time, we cannot predict how the event will impact our area. For the most current information regarding the status of Tropical Storm Idalia and how it may affect our state please go to the South Carolina Emergency Management Division’s website at www.scemd.org
We hope that the storm is uneventful and deteriorates by the time it reaches our area. As a precaution, we are taking the necessary measures to secure the property.
Here are a few preventative measures you or your guests can do to protect your unit in the event the storm strengthens…
Remove furniture and items from your balcony and store them inside your unit
Close and lock all sliding doors
Wedge towels between the sliding glass door and the threshold
Unplug all large appliances and televisions
Place towels at the base of your entry door and if applicable, your P-Tac(s),your wall mounted air conditioning unit
Resort Association Management will be utilizing the HOA’s website, www.ramresorts.com to keep you informed of developments as they unfold at the resort.

From the Board of Directors
The Board of Directors, (“Board”), for The St. Clements Homeowners Association, Inc., (“HOA”), has appointed Resort Association Management, Inc., (“RAM”), as the new property management company effective February 1, 2023. The Board apologizes that the notification of this change has been tendered to the membership on short notice. The Board had intended to initiate and complete this transition in a deliberately planned and orderly manner to be effective April 1, 2023. Unfortunately, the current circumstances surrounding this activity would not permit for this timing. Notwithstanding the accelerated timing, the Board still feels confident that this transition will be accomplished in a deliberately planned and orderly manner with as little inconvenience to the membership as possible. The Board recognizes that there will be a number of changes which the membership will be asked to address. The Board asks for your understanding and patience during this transition.

We at RAM are pleased with the appointment and look forward to serving the HOA and its homeowner members. We encourage you to visit and register on the HOA’s website at www.ramresorts.com. The impact on your HOA membership should be minimal. To assist you in this transition, you will find helpful links below.

If you have not already submitted your February 2023 membership assessments, (dues), please abstain from doing so until further notice. It is expected that you will receive payment instructions by the end of February 2023 along with monthly payment assessment coupons for the remaining months of 2023: February through December. No late fees will be assessed for February 2023 or March 2023 membership assessments. Please discard any current monthly coupons you may have received prior to this transition in order that you do not mail your current assessment payments to the wrong address.
